To extract Video data from BA-SmartCamera you need to prepare the following 03 devices:
The BA-SmartCamera recorder needs to be connected to a power source
USB device must be formatted according to FAT32
A phone or computer that can connect to Wifi

Plug the USB memory stick into the USB port on the recorder. The recorder automatically activates WiFi playback mode to allow users to access.
Using a phone or computer connected to a WiFi network with BSK-IMEI, enter the password: bacam@ddmmyy.
For example: Vehicles with BKS of BASMARTCAM01 and IMEI of 47139407, the WiFi name is: BASMARTCAM01_C_47139407.
Note: WiFi only allows one device to access at a time.
Open any web browser such as Chrome, Coc Coc, Safari,… and enter the address: 192.168.43.1:8080.
At the data extraction page, select the camera channel, the time period you want to watch and press "Search".
Click “Preview video”, select a video in the returned list to watch any video.
Click “Backup to USB” to download all videos in the list to USB.
Click the video icon in the right corner or right-click the file to save the video to your phone or computer.
Note: The more videos you backup, the larger the USB memory needed, the longer the backup time.
Plug the USB into the computer to check the video
The data will be saved in the format: ddmmyyyy_hms_CAMx
Example: 16062021_152045_CAM1
Note: You must keep the location close enough to the BA-SmartCamera recorder to ensure Wifi connection with mobile devices

Smartphone with BA GPS app installed & any mobile device to store data (Smartphone or Laptop can connect to Wifi)

Open the BA GPS app on Smartphone, select "Vehicle"
Select the control plate of the vehicle to be extracted data, press "Extract video"
Press the "Enable Wifi" button to activate the WiFi of the recorder at the vehicle

Note: In the process of extracting the video, you should note that you do not disclose the access account to anyone to avoid information leakage.
Video data will be stored directly to your phone/computer.
Open the folder you choose to store to check & review Video data.
The data will be saved as: ddmmyyyy_hms_CAMx
Example: 12072021_154725_CAM1
Use the connection cable to connect the recorder with the software via the computer COM port.
Connect the recorder to the computer
Press "Find port" to select the appropriate COM port and "Connect"

Select the time & type of data to view; Press "Read" and wait to download the data on the software
Select & Read Data
View the downloaded information in the categories: Basic Data, Working Time, Stops, Trips, Speed Per Second, Overspeed and press "Export" to download the excel report file to your computer.
Check the data again
